ROLF: Gold Ribbon Campaign – Grant A Wish on Universal Children’s Day 2011

In year 2009, we launched the Gold Ribbon campaign: Grant A Wish on Universal Children’s Day. The UN Universal Children’s Day falls on 20^th November every year.

Gold Ribbon is initiated to fulfill wishes of children who are underprivileged and irremediably disabled (physical and mental). Despite the economic situation, the public didn’t stop tending to the requests of our children. They devoted their time and resources to support this campaign. Thus far, we have granted 1,500 wishes of the children in this region.

This year, ROLF will continue to organize the grant-a-wish campaign and expand our current outreach to the homeless cancer patients. In the month of October, 2011, donors can commit to grant a wish / many wishes from the wish-list or pledge a multi-year commitment. ROLF will organize the Gift Handover Ceremonies, Children’s Day Parties and Field Trips  from 1^st till 20^th November, 2011.

We believe that through the untiring effort of our dedicated staff and “Friends of ROLF” and through the continued support of kind donors, we will achieve our ultimate goal of granting the wish of every eligible child. By matching the children with pressing needs and the donors with love and compassion, we make the children’s dreams come true.

生命的彩虹之金丝带运动儿童节圆梦活动 2011

聯合國組織设定每年11月20日為世界兒童節。2009年，生命的彩虹掀开了金丝带运动之儿童节圆梦活动，并逐一的实现了孤儿、残障或智障孩子们的愿望。尽管市道不景，公众并没有因此停止对孩童的援助，反而更加积极的奉献了他们的时间和资源，为一群没有家的孩子圆梦。通过这项活动,大家到目前为止已经圆了总共1500孩子的梦想.

今年，我们将继续举办儿童节圆梦活动并尽量扩大援助至无家可归的患癌者。到目前为止，13家孤儿院已报名参加。我们将会把愿望清单在9月23日刊登在生命的彩虹小册子和官方网站 www.rolfcommunity.org。

公众可以选择圆一个或多个孩子们的愿望或作出长期费用的赞助并在10月31日之前，将圆梦表格传真，邮寄或电邮给我们。我们将在11月的4个周末安排捐赠者在不同的孤儿将礼物送到孩子们的手上，并在当天和孩子们一起庆祝儿童节。

通过Friend of Rolf及捐助者不懈的努力和支持，我们深信我们大家可以实现每个孩子的愿望。与过往一样，CreatiVision集团将赞助此运动的总制作及宣传费。
